To ensure you and your cat have our complete attention check-in and check-out are by appointment only.
When arriving please make sure you bring with you the following:-
Up-to-date vaccination certificate (your cat requires an annual booster to be accepted into the cattery).
Enough medication or prescription diet to last throughout their stay with clear instructions.
An alternative emergency contact number based in the England
Name and contact number for your regular vet.
Guests may bring their own blankets, grooming equipment, litter tray and toys if they wish although these are provided during their stay, Guests have their own personal belongings box so that anything you bring for your cat will go home with your cat.
Please bring your cat in a safe and secure pet carrier when
delivering your cat (these can be left ready for collection).
All Cats should be Vaccinated against Feline Infectious Enteritis (FIE)
& Cat Flu (FHV & FCV). This is for the protection of all cats in the Cattery.
Collection and drop off are by appointment only to ensure our guests
of our full attention when checking in and out.
